Can it handle highly technical documents?↓
Yes. KnowledgeCore is domain-agnostic — it reads and searches whatever you upload. Engineering specifications, P&ID references, material safety data sheets, and ISO procedure documents all work.
What about Bahasa Malaysia documents?↓
KnowledgeCore reads mixed-language documents. If your SOPs contain Bahasa Malaysia, English, or both, it searches across all content. Its main published benchmark is in English. An initial Bahasa Malaysia evaluation (20 questions, June 2026) passed every question with no hallucinations, but its correctness score (0.585) is well below English (0.960); a full Bahasa Malaysia benchmark is being prepared.

How do we update documents when SOPs change?↓
Upload the new document. KnowledgeCore re-ingests it and the new version takes precedence. Old versions are retained for audit trail purposes unless you explicitly remove them.
