Starter and Professional are self-serve API tiers. Documentation, the deployment guide, and email support are included. TechnoNet does not configure, benchmark, or troubleshoot your corpus. Installation is the customer's responsibility using the provided guide.

Enterprise includes a TechnoNet engineer handling the full deployment — hardware validation, Docker setup, model configuration, document ingest, and a RAGAS accuracy benchmark on your documents. You sign off on the benchmark result. A one-time setup fee (from RM 3,500) covers this work. Ongoing email support response within 2 business days.
